TheDirty.com is a widely known gossip and complaint site. It was created by a guy named Nik Richie who is an unabashed supporter of the rights of websites to publish anonymous and unverified information. He’s probably the face of the industry because he is actually unafraid of publicly defending his site. As far as I can tell, those who run other complaint sites are either based overseas (outside the U.S.) or live secluded, protective lives.
